GLUTEN FREE
A gluten-free diet (GFD) is a diet that strictly excludes gluten, a mixture of proteins found in wheat and related grains, including barley, rye, oat, and all their species and hybrids (such as spelt, kamut, and triticale). The inclusion of oats in a gluten-free diet remains controversial, and may depend on the oat cultivar and the frequent cross-contamination with other gluten-containing cereals.
KOSHER DAIRY
All foods derived from, or containing, milk are classified as dairy, including milk, butter, yogurt and all cheese – hard, soft and cream. Even a trace amount of dairy can cause a food to be considered dairy.
Dairy products must meet the following criteria in order to be certified Kosher:
- They must come from a Kosher animal.
- All ingredients must be Kosher and free of meat derivatives. (Conventional rennet, gelatin, etc., are of animal origin and may not be used in Kosher dairy.)

Microwave the pouch for 45 seconds on a medium (650w) setting. Take it out and massage. Return to microwave for a further 45 seconds.
Cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter, soya, lecithin as emulsifier, natural vanilla. Cocoa solids - 37.2% minimum. May contain traces of nuts and milk proteins.

This chocolate has a lovely flavour and is very easy to melt. Perfect for the chocolate fountain.

Personally I dont like microwaving anything, so I just put some of these chocolate chips into a bowl and heated it in some hot water over the stove, they melted super fast and tasted so smooth and lovely. Were perfect to dip strawberries in, and because I used this method, I could save the rest for another time rather than heat the whole lot up. the pouch was resealable which was great and ensures they'll stay fresh for next time. I would definitely buy again and certainly would recommend this brand. It was perfect.
