The result of this industry-first innovation? Customers enjoyed chocolate with an enriched aroma and taste, without any dilution from the addition of vegetable oil. Food service professionals appreciated how easy it was to prepare the chocolate for the fountain, as the mess of mixing oil with chocolate was eliminated. Last but certainly not least, Sephra was also the first to introduce microwavewable 2 lb bags of chocolate for use in the chocolate fountains -- which translated into both easier storage and melting convenience.
