Appealing to Traditional Brides: Creating an All-White Chocolate Fountain Display

white-chocolate-for-chocolate-fountains2

There are many traditional brides who would not only love to incorporate a chocolate fountain into their wedding reception, but continue the traditional white bridal theme with a white chocolate fountain display.  This could be an innovative offering that will help your chocolate fountain rental business stand apart in the minds of brides everywhere.

White Chocolate Fountain and Dipping Treat Ideas

If you have a bride who wants you to create an all-white chocolate fountain station, consider offering white chocolate that will flow elegantly from the fountain. A cascading river of white chocolate for chocolate fountains will set the stage for her white bridal theme. Then, you can explore the vast array of possibilities in white dipping treats.

You could suggest an array of snow white dipping options like Sephra's puffy white marshmallows, macaroons and meringue. Also, cheesecake slices, Asian mochi (a chewy rice pastry), and squares of delicate angel food cake all taste delicious covered in decadent white chocolate. Don't forget an assortment of mini sugar cookies, vanilla wafers, shortbread bites and small popcorn balls.

It's always a good idea to balance the sweet dipping treats with a selection of fruit.  While the choices of white fruit are limited, you can offer daring brides cuts of dragon fruit, which commonly comes with a beautiful white flesh peppered with interesting, edible black seeds.  Lychee, another Asian favorite fruit, also has a sweet, juicy interior that is a lovely translucent white.

A more traditional fruit to offer would be peeled apple pieces, protected by Nature Seal, of course.

You might suggest adding a blush of pink and red in the form of strawberries, raspberries and cherries to symbolize the blushing bride. You could also suggest skewers of blueberries and blackberries to represent the "something blue" often associated with traditional weddings.

White Display Decoration Ideas

When planning the rest of the decorations for an all-white chocolate fountain display, a white tablecloth should cover the table. Using white chocolate will prevent any stains or drips from being too noticeable against the white tablecloth, and the station should remain pure and bridal in appearance. You might offer to use Sephra's ice moulds to create a delicate, elegant display, perhaps an ice bowl to hold the fruit or a bride and groom ice sculpture to grace the table. If it's an evening wedding, putting white twinkle lights or LCDs near the ice sculptures will help the table sparkle with white delight.

What traditional bride doesn't love flowers?  You could fashion an ice bowl just to hold white floating blossoms or a floral arrangement. Or let flowers trail throughout the display table to create a purely bridal feel. The flowers could be a combination of white lilies, white roses, calla lilies, carnations, and baby's breath, or any flower combination the bride chooses. Going above and beyond will not only impress your client and make her more likely to recommend your chocolate fountain rental business, but will impress her guests who could also turn into future clients.
