Company Description: At Soby’s, our catering business is booming and more and more people in the area are realizing that when it comes to food our restaurants aren't the only place we can deliver. Whether at your reception, in your home or at an off-site event location our catering division can meet your needs and exceed your expectations. Our catering team can work with clients on any type of event, from developing the theme to designing the menu and staffing the event. We have two delivery vehicles for transporting catering staff and supplies to events. In recent months, we've catered business meetings and luncheons, cocktail parties, wedding receptions, in-home dinners and fund raising events for numbers as low as two to as high as 1,000. When it comes to working with clients our philosophy is a little different from most. We don't use an established list of event type menus. Instead, we work with each of our clients to create the unique event they wish to offer their guests. Our catering staff talks with the client about the overall event, the atmosphere desired, the guests involved, and the budget before presenting the first menu idea. We work together to create a menu to be custom-fit to your event. Our catering culinary team has experience with all types of cuisine and food themes, from backyard barbecues to international themes and haute cuisine, our team will work with you to create the most fantastic fare for your guests.
