Coulis (pronounced Koo Lee) by definition is pureed fruit or vegetables. It can be thin or thick. We have found the perfect mango coulis dessert topping that will work perfectly in your fountain to tantalize your guests and show everyone that not only chocolate can be used in it. Drizzle over your favorite desserts including ice cream.

You will need at least 3 bottles to use in your Sephra home fondue and chocolate fountain. Occasionally you will need to add some water to thin it back out as it will thicken with time and heat. Run with no heat. Each bottle contains approximately 2 pounds of fondue.

Ingredients: Sugar, Mango, Water, Glucose, Syrup, Modified Food Starch E1402, Gelifying agent E440b, Conservative E202, Citric Acid E330, Natural Flavors, Natural Colors (E100). May contain traces of nuts and milk.
