   I own several Sephra Classic Fountains and have only used Sephra chocolate in them. No matter which chocolate or what ocassion, I can always rely on the fountains looking beautiful, running flawlessly and tasting fantastic! You get what you pay for!    We had birthday party for my sister a few weeks ago. We have the Sephra Classic fountain. We bought the Premium Milk chocolate 4 Ibs for the first time for our venue. I was a little bit nervous about using the chocolate. Everyone kept saying they love the taste and how smooth it was. My sister enjoyed her birthday as well the Premium Milk chocolate.
