   I melted some of these yummy dark chips and dipped candied orange peel into it, and *WOW*, it took me back to my childhood and the luscious chocolate-covered peel that my Dad used to get me from an independent confectioner. I imagine that this product would be fantastic in a chocolate fountain, although I intend to use it for fruit dipping and fondue. YUMMMMM!
