   I bought the refurbished Elite product, to use as a centerpiece for a table I was decorating, in April. It was very easy to set up and clean and the table won 1st Place at the event. I will be purchasing more in the near future, and the chocolate was delicious!!!!

   First let me talk about SEPHRA's quality of service to its clientel. I purchased this product and UPS damaged it on delivery. SEPHRA immediately replace the entire package before I even had a chance to mail the damaged goods back. THANK YOU. I have used this product and it is without a doubt EASY to handle, easy to set up and super easy to clean, but learn from my mistake, clean it while it is still warm. It is best to use SEPHRA chocolates so you don't have to add more oil to thin out the chocolate so that is will flow well. My adult friends LOVE it. My children dream about having it all the time, so I tend to use a lot of fruit for them. They would like to have this fountain every day if I would let them. This product has also handled a party of 100 with no problem, I just had to make sure I continued to refill with chocolate before it got too low. You should definitely purchase this. I just can't seem to find anything wrong with it and they are so much fun...especially when you have a chocolate loving family like mine. (Posted on 2/20/10)
