   I have had my Sephra Fountain for about 4 years. I have used it probably once a year and it has performed perfectly every time. I get a perfect flow each time. (once I figured out to warm the basin up before adding the melted chocolate) I should have read the directions better. Highly recommend the fountain as well as the chocolate.
