Sephra's Double Tempering Machine, with its dual 5.5Kg and 11Kg capacity, is ideal for Pastry Stores, Ice Cream Parlours and Restaurants and for bigger Confectionery Laboratories, with excellent quality standards. The Double Tempering Machine's strengths are represented by its Touch Screen technology that keeps the Chocolate processing always under control as well as its stainless steel frame ensuring solidity and catchy design.
Sephra's Double Tempering Machine is equipped with an electronic pedal to dispense the correct amount of Chocolate into the moulds, standby mode for keeping the Chocolate melted through the night, auger screw release, reverse direction of the auger screw for optimal emptying of the machine, assisted shutdown in order to stop the Tempering Machine correctly and the ability to save programs for each type of Chocolate. Double The Double Tempering Machine provides for fluidity in the Chocolate at all times and a perfect union of crystals.
Sephra's Double Tempering Machine is supplied with a vibrating table for preparation of your pastries and pralines.
