Sephra Crepe & Pancake Mix comes in a convenient 375g bag. All you need is water for this simple and easy recipe. 375g of this Crêpe & Pancake mix will make approximately 12-16 Waffles or Pancakes

Chefs love using Sephra’s mix because it makes absolutely delicious crêpes/pancakes every time. Simple to use and simply fantastic results.

To make the batter:
125g Sephra Crepe & Pancake mix
175ml water
Whisk until smooth.

Cooking Instructions
Deposit the batter mix into a heated non-stick pan.
Swirl the pan to spread the batter thinly across the surface.
Cook until golden brown then flip the pancake
Cook for a short period until the 2nd side is golden in colour.

Also available in a 3kg bag or a case of 4 x 3kg.
