Monin Syrup - Coconut - 70cl Glass
Monin Coconut syrup is made using only the very finest natural ingredients with no artificial additives, resulting in an amazing flavour that can be used in a wide variety of different drinks. Monin syrup is popular for use in coffee, hot chocolate, cocktails, milkshakes, smoothies and more. This flavour does not contain nuts. A seductive blend of butter, brown sugar and vanilla. It is used widely for baking purposes and works perfectly in hot and cold drinks, or as a gourmet dessert topping.
A sweet yet versatile flavour, coconut works wonderfully if your making pina coladas, coffees or lemonade.
Allergen advice: This Monin syrup does not contain allergens.
Origin
The nut from the coconut palm tree, the coconut is native to more than 80 tropical and sub-tropical countries such as Indonesia, India and Thailand, where it is considered indispensable. In fact, in several different languages the name for the coconut palm means that all parts of the tree are useful in some way.
An extremely versatile flavour, its intense, sweet flavour goes well with sweet, bitter and salty flavours. As well as having many culinary uses, coconut is used in beauty products because coconut oil is an excellent moisturiser.
Enjoy a taste of the tropics by adding Monin Coconut syrup to cocktails, coffees, smoothies and fruit punches and drift away to the shade of a coconut palm.
Colour
Cloudy white.
Tasting notes
Very intense, concentrate and long-lasting taste of grated coconut which carries you away to tropics, under coconut palms. Aftertaste a bit caramelized.
Beverage Innovation Directors tips
MONIN Coconut syrup fits perfectly with other exotic flavours especially pineapple. One of my favourite uses is to mix it with Monin Butterscotch syrup in order to reinforce the round taste of Monin Coconut syrup.
Applications
Hot or cold chocolates, Flavoured milks, Milkshakes, Desserts, Fruit punches. Cocktails and Drinks.
