Unlike “chocolate” (i.e. milk chocolate or dark chocolate), the rich, buttery flavour of white chocolate is not derived from the cocoa bean itself, but from cocoa butter. The sweet, subtle flavour of white chocolate perfectly complements and enhances other flavours. Ideal for making mochas or enhancing hot, chilled or frozen lattes, cappuccinos, espressos, flavoured milkshakes, chocolates. Monin White Chocolate will please all.
Origin When president Olivier Monin requested a syrup flavour which would remind him of Nestlé’s white chocolate brand Galak®, Monin White Chocolate syrup was born.
A derivative of chocolate, as it does not contain cocoa solids, white chocolate is made from cocoa butter, which gives it its buttery flavour.
Monin White Chocolate’s seductive, buttery notes mix well with other flavours and can be used in hot or cold dessert drinks to conjure up tempting lattes, milkshakes, mochas, frappes and martinis.
Colour Very clear gold colour.
Tasting notes Buttered smell with notes of vanilla, creamy cocoa taste.
Beverage Innovation Directors tips With Monin White Chocolate let your imagination run free, from coffee beverages to dessert drinks. I particularly like to mix it with Monin Hazelnut syrup in a latteccino.
