The automatic 12Kg is the largest standing Chocolate Tempering Machine and is ideal for bigger Confectionery Laboratories, with excellent quality standards. The 12Kg Automatic Temperer's strengths are represented by its Touch Screen technology that keeps the chocolate processing always under control as well as its stainless steel frame that ensures solidity and catchy design.

The ICB Chocolate Tempering Machine Chocotemper 12Kg is equipped with an electronic pedal to dispense the correct amount of Chocolate into the moulds, standby mode for keeping the Chocolate melted through the night, auger screw release, reverse direction of the auger screw for optimal emptying of the machine, assisted shutdown in order to stop the Tempering Machine correctly and the ability to save programs for each type of Chocolate. The Chocolate Tempering Machine Chocotemper 12Kg can be supplied with an optional Heated Vibrating Table for Chocolate moulds.

The Tempering Machine Chocotemper Top can be supplied with an optional Vibrating Tabletop Bench for Chocolate moulds.
