All of our commercial equipment products come with a minimum one-year return-to-base warranty, while many commercial machines feature an extended Five-Year Limited Warranty. Customers are responsible for arranging the return of any faulty unit(s) to us for repair. It is essential to securely package the item(s) to prevent loss or damage during transit, as we cannot assume liability for inadequately packaged items. Prior to shipping, please contact Sephra to obtain a designated returns number for your package.
The validity of the warranty can be jeopardized if inspections or repairs on a product are conducted by a non-manufacturer-approved engineer, or if the equipment is improperly used.
Should any goods supplied experience a failure or breakdown during the warranty period, please promptly notify us as soon as the defect or failure becomes apparent and certainly before the warranty period expires. Please note that Sephra cannot assume responsibility for any defect or failure reported after the warranty period has elapsed, regardless of when the issue originally surfaced.
It is important to emphasize that Sephra’s product warranty, as specified within the product information page on the website or as confirmed via email when placing an order, takes precedence over any warranty information contained in manufacturers' brochures or on external media, including but not limited to product manufacturers' websites or brochures.
For items reported as faulty within the designated warranty period, we will initially attempt to repair the product. Only if we are unable to repair the product will an exchange or replacement be provided. In cases where we agree to exchange or replace a product, only the remaining unexpired portion of the warranty will be transferred to the new unit. It is important to note that Sephra is not responsible for any financial losses or business disruptions that may arise directly, indirectly, or incidentally from a faulty or defective unit. Customers are responsible for planning and preparing for such eventualities.
