Sephra popcorn tubs have been available since 2017 through major UK supermarkets and number of UK wide convenience store chains, as well as across the leisure sector, with holiday parks, theatres, independent cinemas, theme parks, football clubs and many more all stocking our lines.

Available in a variety of flavours, including the classic cinema Sweet, Salted and Sweet & Salty mix we’ve got the crowd pleasers covered! We also produce a reduced sugar range with up to 40% less sugar, as well a more gourmet, real butter Luxury Toffee offering as well for those seeking an indulgent popcorn experience.

Bespoke flavours and seasonal offerings also available, for example our Toffee Apple for Halloween, Banoffee Pie or Strawberries & Cream for the Summer and Gingerbread at Christmas. All supplied in amazing looking, themed tubs, we can create something to suit your needs.

Unlike traditional cinema popcorn, which primarily uses butterfly kernels, our recipe features a high percentage of Mushroom Caramel Kernels. These special kernels produce large, round puffs of popcorn that not only enhance the texture but also maximises the surface area for seasoning. The result is a popcorn experience where every piece is packed with flavour, delivering a taste that truly stands out.

We understand that packaging waste is in an issue and we all have to work on it together. It’s true that the existing recycling network in the UK currently find our tubs difficult to recycle however, the stay fresh technology is more than just a packaging choice; it's a commitment to delivering the finest eating experience possible – just how you like it. Sealing the popcorn in these specialised tubs effectively preserves the texture & taste, so every kernel is as fresh as the moment it was made. This attention to detail ensures that our popcorn remains delicious, whether you enjoy it immediately or save it for later. The unique foil lining technology on our cardboard packaging allows us to deliver our snacks to you in the best possible condition — fresh and delicious just how you like it. We’ve tried some potential alternatives and they just don’t cut the mustard, so we continue to look new technologies in the hope of finding more eco-friendly materials for all our products that keep the popcorn fresh whilst being easily recycled through the UK waste network – and we’ll be sure to let you know as soon as this is in place – but in the meantime our journey is ongoing, and we're continuing to strive for further reductions in our environmental impact, offsetting in different ways.

We stripped 55,000kg of plastic out of the system, ditching lids, increasing shipping efficiencies by 25% as a result, and we only work with retailers able to receive our goods in the most efficient ways ensuring there is less energy using production and fewer lorries on the road.
