Shipping Rates and Times

Our goal is to ship all orders placed before 2pm (Monday – Friday) on the same day to ensure swift delivery. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends, bank holidays, or company holidays. Nb. Free Delivery applies to orders on mainland UK only.

The cost of shipping is automatically calculated within your basket area, ensuring transparency and accuracy. To avoid any discrepancies, please choose the correct shipping method during checkout. Not doing so may result in added charges before shipping, potentially delaying your order processing.

Free Delivery on items that feature "Free Delivery" or orders over £150 (exc VAT) is only valid for mainland UK. For orders over £150 (exc VAT) delivering to Scottish Highlands and Islands we provide a flat shipping rate of £14.99+VAT. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and International shipments are subject to standard delivery charges, calculated within the basket at checkout, as below.

  • ** Sephra partners with top international carriers like DPD, DHL, UPS, and FedEx to offer competitive global shipping rates. International shipping fees are dynamically calculated and can be reviewed before checkout. Please update your cart and select the appropriate shipping method for accurate rates. For our valued customers outside the UK, please note that international deliveries operate under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means the buyer is responsible for import duties and taxes. If an order is cancelled after shipping or delivery is refused due to unpaid import charges, applicable carriage fees will be deducted from any refund issued. Prices listed exclude VAT, local duties, taxes, and import fees.

Tracking and Photo Proof of Delivery

Our carriers will provide tracking information directly to you via email or text (you must supply a valid email address or mobile number). Deliveries require a signature or may include photo proof for added security and transparency, and therefore require someone to be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. If you expect to be unavailable, you can designate a neighbour, specify a safe drop-off spot, or collect from a nearby pick-up location for added convenience.

Missed or Refused Deliveries

Please be aware that instances of missed or refused deliveries may result in additional charges. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct not only the outbound shipping costs but also any return shipping expenses from any eligible refund. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as these charges are typically incurred due to the complexities of shipping logistics.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

In the warmer months, it is possible that chocolate products may melt while in transit. Rest assured, this does not affect the quality or taste of the product in any manner. If this does occur, the chocolate can be easily and safely re-melted and used as intended. However, please understand that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds solely based on chocolate melting during transit.
