ICB Tecnologie Tempering Machine has a capacity of 30Kg and is ideal for Pastry Stores, Ice Cream Parlours and Restaurants. The automatic 30Kg is the largest of the range standing Tempering Machines and is ideal for bigger Confectionery Laboratories, with excellent quality standards. The 30Kg Automatic Temperer's strengths are represented by its Touch Screen technology that keeps the Chocolate processing always under control as well as its stainless steel frame ensuring solidity and catchy design.

The tempering machine Chocotemper-Q30 is constituted by a stainless steel structure and auger conveyor and is easy to use and program, thanks to Touch Screen technology, ensuring quick setting of the operations using the display's intuitive icons.

The chocolate tempering machine Chocotemper-Q30 is equipped with an electronic pedal to dispense the correct amount of chocolate into the moulds, standby mode for keeping the chocolate melted through the night, auger conveyor release, reverse direction of the auger conveyor for optimal emptying of the machine, assisted shutdown in order to stop the tempering machine correctly and the ability to save programs for each type of chocolate. Chocotemper-Q30 provides for fluidity in the chocolate at all times and a perfect union of crystals.

The chocolate tempering machine Chocotemper-Q30 can be supplied with a heated vibrating table and enrober belt for pastries and pralines.
