Sephra are the authorised warranty repair centre for Sephra Chocolate Fountains and other Sephra Equipment such as Waffle Bakers, Crepe Makers and Popcorn Machines.

 

With full repair facilities, trained engineers and a large inventory of spare parts, Sephra offer a wide range of scheduled service programmes and ad-hock repair services. Chocolate Fountains can be picked up, repaired or serviced and returned using DPD priority courier service. Prices for collection and delivery on application.

 

To ensure problem free operation all chocolate fountains require regular servicing.

Our fully trained engineers can provide this service at a low cost. We can arrange to collect, service and return your chocolate fountain for a fixed price. Please call us on +44 (0)1592 656 737 for a quote or to book in. If you prefer to carry out the installation of the service kit then we can supply the parts only.

 

Prices do not include Collection / Delivery or Labour costs. It is recommended that removable bowl fountains are serviced approx every 500 - 1500 hours or annualy depending on model and age of fountain. NB. A cleaning fee starting from £20.00 + VAT will be applied for any Chocolate Fountains that are returned in a unhygienic state or in a condition that obstructs the engineer from completing the necessary work.
