Sephra Donut Mix 3kg

This is very sweet, even before you think about tossing in sugar. (My only reason for marking down) Straightforward to mix, but a nightmare to get out of a hopper. I've still got 3/4 of a bag left, so I might add some salt & cinnamon next time, to try & cut the sweetness. I'll also try a piping bag, & maybe an ice cream scoop. Hand forming a ball is impossible. That said, if you have a sweet tooth, it's a quick & relatively easy treat.

This donut mix is for frying only, using a proper donut dispenser.

This Doughnut Mix is really good if used in the right way, I had to experiment with the amount of water to add to get the right thickness to the Batter because I am using a Doughnut Ladle in a deep fat fryer and had to set the temperature to between 170 and 180 Degrees C. but once you get those things right it's a good liquid mix for frying, the resulting Doughnuts taste great once coated in Sugar and came out fluffy and light in the middle with a nice crisp shell, reminded me of the type you would get at the Fairground. I will be buying this mix again.

Really is like seaside donuts from sunny hunny. I add a little cinnamon to mine. easy peazy

Makes the perfect doughnuts

Really nice mix. Providing you get the temperature right you can’t go wrong. I have a doughnut dispenser for ring doughnuts and they came out perfect, not sure about jam doughnuts though gonna have a bash at it tomorrow! Would definitely recommend this mix

Used for deep fried mini donuts and donut balls, came out perfect everytime. More water than suggested required but you get to know what consistency works best, would definitely recommend this product.

Super easy to use. Perfect, fast, reliable results every time. Ready made mix eliminates any disappointing results and waste. Dealing with hot oil at the right temperature safely is enough of a task for me, 'messing' around with various 'recipes' and ingredients would be a step too much for me. Fun to do, delicious results ! (The family might even be pleased enough to 'help' with the washing-up).

Just baught this and made some up tasted alot better then I expected tastes just like the doughnuts on street fair stands was worth the purchase

The product was easy to prepare and stood up well for 24 hours. I used it to prepare donut balls in a food truck which added a great easy extra item.

It was the reviews thats made me buy, glad i did they tasted lovely just like from a fair. I used a commercial doughnut machine 3kg mix would fill a 5.5l hopper.
