Sephra - Holiday Information

Happy Holidays! Can you believe it’s that time of year again; 2024 has flown by! As we reflect on 2024, we are truly grateful to have been a part of your business. It’s an honour to contribute to the joy and memories you create, and we look forward to serving you in 2025 and beyond.

Sephra will be closed during the festive period to allow our team some well-deserved time off with their families and loved ones. Dates to note are as follows:

• Last dispatch: Monday December 23rd (2pm cut off) *
• Closed: Tuesday December 24th 2024 through to and including Friday January 3rd 2025
• Regular Trade Resumes: Monday January 6th 2025

* Ordering before 2pm cut off does not guarantee delivery before Christmas. We recommend ordering Thursday 19th or Friday 20th if you need it before Christmas.

During this time, we will not be processing orders or responding to inquiries, but rest assured, we’ll attend to any outstanding matters as soon as we return. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
