so i managed to use all of this crepe mix in the past few months, what i will say is that it is pre-sweetened so anyone interested in making savoury pancakes might be a bit disappointed. if you like sweet pancakes, you wont need to sweeten these at all, they are actually perfectly sweetened (not too sweet) and i could eat them all day. the only down side is the cooking process, ive found what works for me is cooking at a lower heat for longer, though ive found it impossible to make one of these without them crumbling unless you add oil, with oil they are perfect.
