I have been used to the Callebaut version, but couldn't get them so thought I would try these. They are okay, but not very rich and indulgent for Belgian chocolate.
Bag split while melting

Used this in a chocolate fountain and it tasted alright, everyone enjoyed it. The issue I had is with the melting process. I followed the instructions to microwave it on 50% power for 1 minute, massage the bag and repeat. While doing this however the opening of the bag split open resulting in a mess on the floor and losing about 25% of the chocolate. The bit that split on the bit that is normally torn off to open it after melting. Quite frustrating.

Comparable to callebaut - can also be used for microwaving chocolate and eating as per a fountain or with banana on toast or whatever in 30 second bursts so b the chocolate doesn’t burn - use a ceramic pot, or china. Great product

This was easy to use (follow the directions and take your time with the microwave) and very popular at my chocolate fondue birthday party. One bag didn't seem to make the fountain look full enough, so I added the second one. People really enjoyed "playing" with their food and seeing how they could change the flow of the fountain.

Second time we’ve bought this, it’s delicious and melts perfect for our chocolate fountain. Used last on NYE with the kids. To Warm/melt keeping bag sealed. Cut corner when warm. Enjoy!

Tastes a little too strong for my liking. It's nice, but slightly over-powering. Note, I didn't use this in a chocolate fountain, I just ate it straight from the back, over the course of a few days, nom nom.

I have a very sweet tooth and am fussy about my chocolate....this Belgium chocolate is absolutely delicious! My daughter and I bought some moulds to make hot chocolate Christmas bombs. We filled them with marshmallows and cadbury hot chocolate and then poured hot milk over the bombs in a glass.....the hot chocolate was yummy! I've also used the chocolate in my Hotel chocolat Velvatiser to make hot chocolate and its one of the best tasting hot chocolates I've ever had. I will use the chocolate in my chocolate fondue set at Christmas too 🎄. I don't usually leave reviews.....but this was worth the time 😃

This chocolate tastes so good, not too sweet but perfect! Would really recommend this as we are very picky with the taste but this is perfect. Tastes like something you get at a desert parlour.

I was worried incase this chocolate tasted cheap but it doesn’t. It’s really lovely and others said so too. It also works well in the chocolate fountain. I mixed some oil with it to make it run well and it was fab.
